1. Overview
Jetlane Networks, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This page describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how affected users may submit a counter-notice.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notices of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to our Designated Agent:

3. Notice Requirements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered, a representative list).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL, IP address, port, and any context).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you: name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Submitting a knowingly false notice may result in liability under § 512(f).
4. Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will, in line with § 512:
- Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- Remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously (typically within 5 business days, often much faster for clear cases)
- Notify the customer whose material was removed and provide them with a copy of the notice
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@jetlane.io containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which Jetlane may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a court action seeking a restraining order within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Consistent with § 512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers. Three substantiated notices against the same customer within a 12-month period will normally result in termination. Egregious or commercial-scale infringement may result in termination on a single notice.
7. False Notices
Misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject the sender to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under § 512(f).
8. Trademark and Other Rights
For trademark complaints, defamation, or other non-copyright concerns, contact abuse@jetlane.io. We evaluate such complaints under our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law; the DMCA procedure above applies only to copyright.
